A tie to dream

A tie to dream
by Manuela Metra.

If by suits pretends it’s a brush, the shoe elegance and identity, we recognize in the world as italians and we do recognize, from the shirt a necessary rigor, by the tie I expect to make me dream. And It is poetry. It is the male area where you can and you have to dare. It reveals something of the man who wears it, a quid that can and often gets out of the norm of dressing to weave a speech on other floors. You can read a lot about the man’s personality by the type of necktie he wears. The tie binds to man through the node, there are more or less voluminous, with different styles. Also in this case the choice is purely individual. And the tie, talking about color, courage, an inner dimension. Of course, in relation to the taste and culture you can advance in color unexplored places and fantasy, this is a subjective choice. As a child I saw my dad his tie in the mirror before leaving for the office. It was a special moment between us, told me of the node and the steps to do so. I watched carefully. The tie is also a perfect gift. But, over the years I have observed a trend to abolish the tie in favor of the convenience, of a style from casual friday that lasts a week, I could see with regret remove the tie at dinner in the name of freedom. The tie is a symbol of masculine elegance, an element of seduction and dialogue, of respect, an essential bulwark behind which lie ahead only polo shirts, T shirts, sweat shirts, suits, trousers short bermuda four seasons, running shoes and other garments from casual and sport come one after the other in the male wardrobe, seamless, turn the prince, that all women dream of, fragrant, clean-shaven, well dressed, with a beautiful tie, a frog. The tie is and remains an important male universe accessory that would be an error to give up. Joan Miró is portrayed in its intent studio to paint and to work, with the tie, just as Giacometti between his sculptures, Brancusi, Giorgio Morandi and so on. When I look at these great artists, who knew the freedom and rigor that art carries within it, dirt and chaos including, atelier wearing a suit and dark tie, rest pleasantly comforted. The impression is of elegance, freedom, respect for themselves and for those around you, and great balance.
